I ordered the complete dvd series Goosebumps for my son on December 6 2012 for Christmas I knew that if it wasn't ordered by the 5th of December their was a chance they wouldn't make it by Christmas but now it's February 25 2013 and still no Dvd's have contacted them multiple times and they have done nothing but lie stating they were charged $18.00 handling fee I did ask for a full refund and the email keeps getting rejected my order number is #11820 i'm am very upset i paid $49.00 for the movies and nothing has come yet
