we order a dvd of nypd blue on 12-7-2012 and was promised a delievery date of 2-3 weeks. there have many e-mails between us and dvd tiger about getting this resolved. and we are still waiting. this was to be a gift for husband for our 25 year wedding anniversary. we were told if we put a- stop- payment action th ey would then report us for fraud. We can not seem to win for loosing. My husband is disabled and a Navy veteran.
