dynamic collectors inc. name on letter TARA told me i had 2534 in debt and that i had to make a 100$ payment and the remaining balance to reinstate license chehalis Washington

on February 2nd, 2016 i was contacted by a debt collector by the name of dynamic collectors inc. stating that i had to make a down payment of $100.00 and then proceeded to tell me that i was late on my payment it was due Febraury 04, 2016 so  i therefore paid them $800.00 with my debit card for they had told me if i did they then would lift the suspension for my washington state driver license and i had to pay the rest of the remaining balance by February 19th, 2016 or it would be suspended again. so i set up automatic payment. i then realized it didnt sound right so i went to go and look up my payment history and there company and there was no record of me paying anything and i a mstill in suuspension. what do i do i was scammed $800.00 and soon to be another $1700.00 how do i stop this
