Dynamic Recovery Solutions owned by Asset Acceptance SCAM SCAM SCAM!! Greenville South Carolina

My boyfriend recieved a call from a number out of Augusta, Ga today stating that he owed a credit card debt of over $2,000. The company that called is Dynamic Recovery Solutions. They had all kinds of information about him including his SS#. They informed him that the card had been activated March of 1997! And the card had been paid on for only a short amount of time before being turned over to collection.

He was also informed that the card was through Wells Fargo. At the time he was using a different bank and did not even have a credit card. They threatened to report him to his bank and empty his account in order to recover the debt. However they would be willing to settle for only $1000. They refused to send him any paperwork until he agreed to pay and give them his bank account information.

I called to seek some basic information and they informed me that I too had an outstanding debt. The debt in which they said I owed I paid off several years ago and is over 12 years old. I did not even tell them my name or information, but they somehow had me on file. I do not know if they used my number or if they simply saw my name as being ran with his when we rented our house. This company has an awful lot of information and it is quite scary.

This company and other companies owned by Asset Acceptance are known for scamming people. DO NOT FALL INTO THEIR TRAPS! Do not send this company money, do not agree upon an arrangment, do not give them current/updated information, and do not confirm your SS#. They will record the call and use it agaainst you! They have too many numbers to post them all. Just BEWARE!
