e-cig cigerettes/no-flame customer service couldn't find my order in their database??? internet florida
about 2 months ago i purchased a trial offer online from this company, read the terms(just not all of them) 30 day trial and if you decided to keep it, they billed you full price.(i agreed/it was helping me)..the part i didn't read was billed monthly on a regular basis,through auto deduction(which i would have never agreed too), for refills. i called two different customer service numbers that were both diconnected.
i found another contact# on scambook.com posted by an investigator, i spoke with "mary" who for some reason couldn't find my account/transactionin her database... even with a order# and all the same personnal info. used to purchase????? "mary" was clearly hispanic, i could hear a t.v. and noisy kids in the background( real professional huh?) what a joke of a ripoff!!!!! some customer service.... i'm going to close/re-open my account(to stop the bleeding) that'll fix e'm!!!!!! just wanted others to know what i had to go through..
