E Z Appliances - Buford HWY Warranty not honored until threatened by law suit. Atlanta Georgia

I bought a used stove from the Buford HWY location of this store.  A day after I purchased the stove, I found out that the oven does not work at all.  I had a casserole dish prepared ready to bake dinner for my family only to find out the oven does not work to my huge disappointment. 

Next day, I called the company and reported I need their help fixing the oven that was covered by the warranty provided as part of the sale condition.  Nobody came to fix the oven despite making repeated calls emphasizing how important it is for my family that the oven works.

I decided to visit the store and speak to the Dominican husband and wife owners after it became clear resolving the issues over the phone was not going to work.  Either they don't answer the phone or I was told no one is at the store to talk to me about the issue. 

The husband is courteous and polite when you talk to him in person but the wife is rude and disrespectful.  The wife seems to think by being rude she can avoid honoring the warranty obligation as clearly stated in the receipt I presented them. 

I had to threaten them with a lawsuit in a small claims court before they agreed to send a person to take care of the issue. 

It appears warranty is mentioned during the sale only as a ploy to prod the customer to make a decision to purchase the used appliances they sell but once the customer pays and leaves the store getting help from this people to fix a problem they should handle per the warranty agreement is a nightmare, to say the least.
