eBay Inc. e-bay doesn't make a refund! the consumer protection stuffs is all a lie! San Jose, California

    I bought a smarthphone on e-bay and didn't received the item. but after i paid the money, the seller closed his/her profile. and i still didn't get the item.

    because of that i opened a case on e bay for a refund. but they didn't gave my money back. and they also decided in sellers favor who is not an e-bay member any more. the seller got lost after i paid my money.
  i tried to contact the seller on e bay lots of time but the seller didn't reply my messages.

   I paid 205 dollars for that. and they don't make a refund. and they says there are consumer protection on e bay.but  its all a lie.
