They emailed me they would pay me $83 for my used 3GS iphone, which was in excellent condition, with screen protector, headphones and case in original box with all papers. So I sent them the phone, but they paid me $80!

What they do is tell you they will pay you via PayPal, however, they use their PayPal credit card to pay you and PayPal deducts OrangeOffer's bank fees from YOUR proceeds.  They are RIP OFFs, don't sell to them.
