This company claims to have all items you can order ins stock.  You place an order, are charged for all items, believing you will get complete order, only to have the compnay remove parts of your order and give you partial refunds as they cannot fulfill their in stock promise from their third party suppliers.  I do not need a parital order. 

I needed all of the books as a set for my child entire class, not 11 out of 20, for example.  They do not give you option of cancelling your order because they cannot fulfill it as promised and as you paid in full.  Thye simply can that portion of your order, and ship the rest without no option to cancel the order.  Then you are forced to ship the items back in order to get a refund. 

I thought maybe this was a one-time thing, but I was stupid enough to get burned twice.  This is the way they operate.  Stay far, far away, unless this type of deception is acceptable to you.
