eGumball.com Dan & Brittany(customer service) Charging for services that they didn't perform, then threatening to put my account into collection after I cancelled their services Irvine, California

After contacting Google to see how I could get my business listed in the top rankings of their search engine for my type of business, these people call me out of nowhere making it sound like they were part of Google and that they would be able to get me into the top rankings of Googles search if I signed with them.  After 2 hours on the phone with this lady, I agreed and what do you know, months later and still my business is not listed.  I speak with someone else on the phone and tell them, "listen, you already suckered me out of $500.00, I no longer want to use your service."  They tell me that I am under contract for a year and that I need to pay them $199.00 for every month left in the contract, which happens to be $2400 roughly?  So After this guy Dan tells me that they "The Company" have spent thousands of dollars getting me into Google, I tell him to show me the documentation showing what they have spent on me, and he tells me they can't do that.  What a scam!  Then I tell them to contact my attorney and again they warn me "not to go down that path!"  Really???  Now a couple of months later after hearing nothing, they start calling me again, and again I speak with Brittany, who again being nasty and telling me that they will put this into collections, yet my business still isn't on the Google search yet.  Don't use them!!!  They scam you!!!!
