eMerchant.com Stay away from the fraudulent company! Dan Husband, Director of Operations, dhusband@emerchant.com is a thief!

I signed paperwork to be charged approximately $20 per month plus additional $10 monthly fee. Each month for over 5 months, I was charged $100+ each month. They did nothing to help me and when I cancelled, they charged me hundreds more, refusing to take any responsibility whatsoever.

eMerchant.com were great to talk to when I first opened the account, but thats where their lies get you. They charge at least 5 times more than the $30 per month and do not admit to the fees, nor are the extra charges mentioned anywhere in the fine print.

I will be taking legal action against this fraudulent company. If anyone else has experienced similar defrauding by eMerchant.com, please contact me and we can possibly file a lawsuit together.

Stay as far away as possible from eMerchant.com and their illegal activities that are against the law!

I will be posting this message throughout the internet to warn hard working small businesses of eMerchant.coms deception in hopes to help other honest businesses from getting ripped off by eMerchant.com.
