We are both trying to use the free emusic offer we got from Garmin GPS. Being new to this stuff and having no M3 player we went to Live Help for help and was told we could download to our computer. We also didn't want to give out our credit info as we only wanted the free offer but was told we WOULDN'T BE CHARGED if we just watched the credits counter. So after each download we checked the "credits available" and when we decided to quit we still have 10 more to go. BUT we got an e mail from PayPal that we got two charges from you. One for a $1.00 and one for $11.99. I talked to 2 people at you 866 240 4271 number and they both tried to tell us that we got a pop up telling us we were going over. WE GOT NO SUCH THING and we both were checking to be sure we didn't go over. When looking to find more info on your company I found others that claimed they got charges that they didn't authorize.
