eMusic site issues, difficult to unsubscribe, then still charges me, Internet

Signed up for the trial to, of course, try out the site. Tried to cancel subscription shortly before my trial was up but the "My Account" section of the site, where you go to cancel your service, was mysteriously the only part of the site i could not access for over 24 hours. My trial ran out and i was charged so i went back to cancel my account and did. decided 11.99$ wasnt enough incentive to dispute the charge so i let it go, but my account was just charged again for the service though even though it was cancelled.
