THIS A FORMAL COMPLAINT(RIP-OFF).
My car was brought in for an oil and filter change. Will informed me it was manditory that I get a 27 point inspection and a tire rotation. Then he me to sign for it. After all that, my car was only in the shop about 12 - 15 min. It was pulled in at approx. 2pm. and brought back out at 2:12pm. Then I waited approx. 35 min. before Will would check me out. He knew I was not satisfied with the way he pushed that rotation on me and got nervous and gave me another customers car keys. We got the keys right and I left. Before the rotation I had a slow leak on the right front tire, and the next morning I had leak on the slow leak on the right front tire. SKYLER DIDN'T ROTATE THE TIRES. I REMEMBER THINKING THAT WAS A QUICK A JOB.
