My husband borrowed money in the amount of $2995.00 from a friend to pay down on a truck from Easy Semi Truck Leasing otherwise known as American Equipment Leasing in Orlando, FL on 5/5/2011.  Blake Bolin told him it would be about 4-6 weeks to get a truck, so my husband agreed because we had got a truck from him in the past and didn't really have trouble with the first truck. 4 weeks go by and we start to call, but the phone number is disconnected, so I start looking on the internet to see if I can find another number for them, and discover all the reports on them. They had moved, changed names and phone numbers with no notice. Blake did not bother to call or say anything about them changing information. But took the money immediately over the phone.

Each time we called we were put on hold for atleast 10-20 min or each time the secretary would tell us he is not there or he is in a meeting. Or if we actually talked to Blake or John Marillo they would put us off saying things like call me back in 2 hrs, or call me tomorrow, or first one part on the truck is not done or something else. It was always something. It took 3 and 1/2 months to get a truck and when we got it home, there was oil all in the radiator and all blake sayed was what did you do to the truck and I need a payment. He refused to fix the truck, the truck is no good and not running and my husband lost his job because of this. His company had been expecting the truck for weeks and the first day it quits running.

Your story is almost exactly the same as ours with two exceptions.  We have not previously done business with Blake Bolin and John Morello.  We have not even received a broken down truck for our $2,995.00.

Whoever keeps defending these disgusting scam artists, why don't you convince Randy and Martha Lance to start refunding money!  They have supposedly filed bankruptcy, so they should have the money that they are stealing.

Blake and John pretend to be so innocent, but they are in on the scam as well.  They have been with the company through all the name changes so they are well aware of whats going on.

Your story has holes in it. you got your first truck and you were satisfied .. now you agree to wait 4 weeks to get a truck and you get a truck. why did you lose your truck the first time ? it seems to me you had no problem in talking to Bolin etc and you got a truck. you know that all the trucks are used trucks and you know that they will have mechanical issues just like an a used car or boat. you take no responsability. maybe your husband damaged the truck. key here is you got a truck and most likely could not get one anywhere else. be honest about it.
