Then you stated below, your research determined that I used a non ebates coupon/discount.
Netiher one of those accusations are true.
I clicked the link WITHIN Ebates and was directed to Cricket directly.
This is an issue Not because of the money...$13.00 BUT, it is DEFINITLEY the principal.
Ebates has wasted so much time in trying to convince ME of an error that I DID NOT make, you could have resolved this much more amicably.
I WILL NOT be referring ANYONE to your service.
I Understand,that my business may not hurt EBATES in any way...but, you should know a dissatisified customer is the WORST referral ANY company could EVER have.
