Complaint Review: eBay

eBay Seller - recycled_threads Aimy Mendiola Lists dresses with wrong measurements knowing you will have to return them and keeps 20% of the purchase. eBay will back up the Seller if you challenge the return even when I had photos as proof. What a racket to have eBay in your back pocket while making 20% on falsely advertised sales. Santa Maria California

eBay seller: recycled_threads sells second hand garments and irregular garments in mass. The seller advertises a dress with incorrect measurements knowing they will have to return them and keeps 20% of the sale. This happened to me a dress I purchased. Imagine how much money you can make doing that?
When I did not agree with this rip-off approach of keeping 20% for mis advertived goods she reported me to eBay as saying I was questioning the refund policy after the sale. Well duh Im questioning keeping 20%. I had photos of the actual measurements and opened a case. eBay sided with the seller because I questioned the return policy. What kind of a racket is this? eBay is just as guilty here as the seller recycled_threads
