EBAY STORE BUSINESS IS UNFAIR TO DISABLED PEOPLE
I am a disabled man in a wheel chair, with cerebral Palsy and I need things to be done a little slower when I don't have help. EBAY HAS VERY UNFAIR and discriminative practices against disabled people. I was selling items on EBAY and they had made alot of money on me. I had purchased a store and spent many weeks listing hundreds of items for sale.The man hours I spent at doing this would add up to several months of work. Then for no good reasons they could give me, (Because I mentioned that when people claim items sent to them are broken, they should make people that claim things that are sent to them that are broken, take pictures of the items in original packing materials) After rudly telling me that was not thier policy at this time, they cancelled my store and basically made me have a substantial loss of income. I feel like suing EBAY for the loss of income they caused me. If anyone has had a bad experience with EBAY, contact me with thier story. PLEASE!

What does EBay not making the buyer take pictures of the damaged items have to do with them being unfair to disabled people? For that matter what in this entire report shows them being unfair to you because you are disabled?
What items were you selling? How many claims did you have against you for damage? Was it 10% of your sales, 20% of your sales, 90% of your sales? How were these items shipped did you ship them from your house? Did you do a Drop Shipment from another company? Perhaps coming back with details might help explain this "RipOff" a bit better.
