I recently purchased a compuyter monitor on eBay. It was unacceptable because the buyer misrepresented it; It did not support the high resolution advertised.

eBay maintains a lie that it calls the "buyer protection plan." As stated, the policy is "sellers are responsible for return shipping costs if an item is not as described." eBay refuses to enforce this policy. I have lost the return shipping fee, thanks to lies by both the seller and eBay.

eBay is truly a dangerous place to do business.

I believe the seller is responsible for return shipping expenses. Where on the eBay site did you find that policy? Precisely where is the source of your quote?
