I first purchased the ecco temp tankless unit a few years ago and have had nothing but constant and consistent problems. No hot water or leaking parts. Horrible customer service that was either unresponsive or incompetent . They are currently attempting to not honor a warranty for internally leaky parts combined with no hot water for the fourth time with 2 seperate units. My credit card company as well as my plumber are attempting to help me fight these crooks. DO NOT BUY AT ALL COSTS. Had to pay a plumber twice to not only install the unit, but to remove the unit, reinstall the unit and then remove and reinstall again. Their 100% guarantee is nothing but garbage and should not even be a warranty.
