ecigs brand Poor customer service, sent non-working battery but you have to pay return shipping Internet
E-cigs has terrible customer service, you have to wait forever on the phone and they offer you to email for a quicker solution but they never answer the email. The products don't last long so you have to buy more accessories.
I ordered a battery that would not charge so I ordered a new charger thinking mine were bad. The new one didn't charge it. So to get a new battery you have to send the bad one back so they can determine if you did something to it. They don't pay shipping for non working returns. It's not that much but they could offer that to keep customers happy.
