i received an email offering a free starter kit so i signed up when i got to the end of the sign up it wanted $9.95 for s&h so i erased all data and closed out the next day i received a phone call telling me they didnt get my credit card info to which i replied no thank you im not paying $9.95 s&h.

i was then offered $4.95 s&h which i stupidly agreed. After reading the fine print i learned i had to cancel in 15 days to avoid an automatic 'refill' shipment,BUT if i cancelled before the 15 days i would be charged full price for the starter kit, so i set an alarm for 8:00am on the 15th day so i could cancel, well low and behold they had already charged my card on file $83.98 when i began to argue that this was the cancellation date the 15th day, so i wouldnt get charged for the starter kit they said the reorder automatically goes out on the 15th day but if i called yesterday i said i wouldve been charged for the starter kit! 

well we went back and forth until they finally agreed to refund $42.00 i dont know how they came up with that figure but i stupidly agreed thinking at least ill get back @ half of my money but in the end i ended up overdrawn and with return check fees!! 

so this 'free' starter kit which started off with the reasonable sounding $4.95 s&h charge ended up costing me $127.33
