following is what i have been thought from the first day i got in touch with them.

12/06/11   01:02PM ET

Received a call from (208)403-0110 asking about the "Home Income Cash Kit" I purchased two days ago and asked me to join the coaching service. I setup a time with them to talk with Mark on December 7th, 2011, 2:00PM ET.

12/07/11 01:53PM ET

Marks calls from (208)403-0113 to reschedule the appointment to 4:00PM ET.

12/07/11 4:21PM ET

I call Mark to check about the appointment but he did not answer the phone.

12/07/11 4:23PM ET

Mark calls back telling me he was talking to another customer and rescheduled the appointment to 5:00PM ET.

12/07/11 4:46PM ET

I call back Mark to reconfirm the appointment for 5:00PM ET.

12/07/11 5:04PM ET

I receive a phone call from Mark to visit the website "www.thecoachingdepartment.com/success.aspx" and watch a 12 minute video; wait for a return call.12/07/11 5:31PM ET

Mark calls back and begins to explain how the service is going to help me start an online business. He said I was only 1% of people chosen to be enrolled. He explained the purposes of the videos on the site and told me to watch all the 10 videos under "Products." Then I was told the service was going to approximately $150 per month over 48 months totaling up to $7895. He asked me, "Who is going to pay for that $150?" and I replied "I going to pay."  Then he replied "No, the business is going to pay for itself" and continued to ask about how I felt and if I was scared, but I said I was still confused. He then sent me a document named "ES Agreement" on "DocuSign" attempting to get my electronic signature on the document. The document originated from "Web: 24.116.100.34" and I signed the document on 12/07/11 3:29PM PT. He continued to tell me that the program was 12 months of proactive coaching, 6 months reactive coaching, web builder, and etc and if I needed help I can call in anytime; even though the document stated it was 12 weeks of proactive coaching. Afterwards he told me his secretary would give me a call later today or tomorrow to setup an appointment with my coach, Brad.

12/07/11 7:26PM ET

I receive a call from the secretary and setup an appointment with my coach at December 13th, 2011 at 1:00PM ET.

12/13/11 1:15PM ET

I call 1(866)496-1166, the Coaching Department, to see if my coach forgot about my appointment and she told me Brad is out of town and had me setup with another coach at 3:00PM ET.

12/13/11 1:18PM ET

Brad calls me, (801)790-4218, and I was surprised but did not ask much. He begin to teach me about how to advance search on eBay and told to visit websites, "www.liquidation.com", "buy.com", "wholesalecentral.com", "gowholesale.com", "dropshipsites.com", "doba.com". He told me to list products on eBay and when a customer purchased the product, I would have to go to the given sites and purchase the product to directly ship it to the customer on eBay. He said if I had any questions, I could give him a call or the Coaching Department's number, 1(866)496-1166. He told me to visit the Coaching Department website and watch videos in the "Webinars" section for eBay listings. However, I had trouble logging into the site, Brad reset it, and our conversation ended. I attempted to go to the website but some did not work, and others required membership fees even though Mark had told me it was free. Then I wanted to ask questions and I continued to call but no one picked up at the Coaching Department.

After 7 failed calls, I began to wonder what kind of service they provided even though Mark promised unlimited service.

12/14/11 11:54AM ET

I call 1(866)496-1166 and someone answered the phone call. I told her I wanted to cancel my service but I was told I needed to talk to David, and setup an appointment on December 19th, 2011 between 6:00PM to 7:00PM ET.

After all the failed calls, the only option was to wait for David to call me; my coach was to call me weekly as said in the video I had to watch on the website. On the same day, at night, I sent an email to the Coaching Department to cancel my service.

12/15/11

I checked my credit card online and a $2000 charge appeared on my Chase Card, and a $5895 charge appeared on my Macy's card. This was not what I had agreed to, $150 monthly charge, and I could not do anything until David would call me.

12/19/11 6:16PM ET

I received a call from (801)806-0593, and the person identified himself as David. I asked him why no one would answer the phone whenever I called, but he told me that I would have to leave a voicemail and someone will return a call. I asked him about refunding the money but he said to continue with the service and that there will be no refunds. He told to call the enrollment department which is also known as ecommerce to ask about the charges. He setup an appointment for me to talk to Brad on December 20th, 2011 at 9:30PM ET After ending the conversation with David, I called ecommerce and left a voicemail and waited for a return call but no one called back.

12/20/11 9:49AM ET

Brad calls me, (801)790-4218, and asked if I had listed 5 to 10 items on eBay. I said no and he said "Oh my god", in a disappointed way and I told him that no one was answering my phone calls, but as usual he told me to leave a voicemail. I asked him about the charge on my account and told me to call ecommerce with another number, 1(800)317-2807. He continue to insist that I list products on eBay by finding them through the listed sites he had originally given me, but I told him about the membership fees and he showed me how to use "dropshipsites.com". He said to find a product that would seem profitable, but I found that the products seemed to be unpopular and most likely would not sell well or were listed well above the price as listed on eBay. He told me if I had any questions to call the coaching department, and I said I will.

12/20/11 5:32PM ET

I call (800)317-2807, the number was given to me by Brad and I left a voicemail.

12/21/11 12:27PM ET

I receive a call from (208)228-0218, and the person identified himself as Greg. He told me to enroll into the service and he could find me a coach, but I told him I already had enrolled and already had a coach. I asked about refunds and he replied that there will be no refunds but to only continue with the service or if I had other questions to call the number on the document.

I began to research information about the company and I found details on the internet about how the supposed company had already scammed others and I found the name "David Sellers" of the person from the Coaching Department on a forum; I found out his name later on January 4th, 2012.

I continue to call phone numbers dealing with the company and I called (208)629-0827: No answer and the mailbox was full.

12/26/11 2:15PM ET

I receive a call from (801)471-0528 attempting to pose as my coach, Brad, but I could quickly tell by his different tone of voice. I asked if he worked for the Coaching Department and he replied "Yes." I began asking questions about ecommerce and the phone call was disconnected. I called him right back, and he picks up and I asked him if I may record the phone calls but he said "This call is not meant for recording." He then told me to have a nice day and hung up.

12/27/11 9:48PM ET

I receive a phone call from Brad, and I ask him about the previous day and he said that the Coaching Department was not open on Monday. I ask questions about ecommerce and he told me to call them, but I told him that they were not returning my calls; he had no answer. After ending the conversation, I call (801) 471-0528 and no one answered.

12/27/11 1:31PM ET

I receive a call from (208)403-0126, a person claiming to work for ecommerce, that was told by Brad to contact me. I was driving at the time and told him to wait until I had parked my car within 10 minutes. 12/27/11 1:41PM ET

I call (208)403-0126 to contact the person back. I explained the situation and the problems I was having and he told me to wait and contact the person in the document, Skyler Jarman. I told him I have been calling for 2 weeks and simply told me to wait.

12/27/11 2:37PM ET

Call to (208)473-2348: No answer and left voicemail.

12/27/11 2:38PM ET

Call to Mark, (208)403-0113: No answer and left voicemail.

12/29/11 7:23PM ET

I received a call (801)921-5094, a woman claiming to work for the Coaching Department, asked me to setup an appointment with David to talk about cancellation for January 4th between 11:30AM ET to 12:30PM ET. I asked about ecommerce and she told me to call them.

01/04/12 12:10PM ET

I receive a call from David, (801)806-0593, and I explain how I was being ignored by the company throughout the two weeks of service. I also told him about the fake call I received on December 26th, 2011 and that I could not trust the company. David did not explain anything but just told me to move forward with the service. I asked about leaving voicemails because no one would return calls, but originally he had said that calls will be returned within the hour. I told him to have the Mark, who I had to deal with in enrollment, to call me and place my account on hold. I also asked for his full name and he told me, David Sellers.

01/04/12 6:20PM ET

I receive a call from (208)473-2348, the person identified himself as Skyler Jarman, I explained what had been happening for the past weeks and how I was not receiving the service that I was promised. I was basically being tossed around from person to person and told to wait; when obviously no one was going to return a call. I asked him for a refund or charge me for the expenses I had already caused but he said no. He said, "At this point, there is no refund" and told me to continue to move forward with the service. Skyler Jarman did not explain anything that had been happening for the past weeks and I was told he saw my account was on hold, and was asked if I would want to continue the service. I told him to leave it as it is and I will talk to a consultant. He told me he would send me an email with "direct line," a phone number (208)473-2348; I already have been calling this number for the past weeks.

01/05/12 2:26PM ET

I received a call from (425)212-1804, the person identifying himself as Anthony representing "Advanced Coaching." In my mind, I thought it was the same company as "Coaching Department," and I asked about it; Anthony denied it and said he use to work for ecommerce and knows what they are doing. He offered help and called his marketing director, Christian, at (801)416-3314 for a 3-way call. Christian offered me help by explaining that his finance team would help me get some money back but no much. Christian said he could probably get back at most $2100 and told me to enroll in their service with that money; he told me to start making money again with his program and make up for the losses. I asked Anthony how much would it cost and he said that  I would need to pay at least 1/3 of the $2100 right away. I told him no because I could not afford it and not ready for another service. Anthony then told me he would call me at 8:00PM ET to see if I had changed my mind.

01/05/12 7:51PM ET

I receive a call from Anthony, (425)212-1804, asking me if I was ready and I said no.

After the phone call I found it funny how they would know my phone number. Are they working for ecommerce? Maybe it could be me thinking too much. It would mean much to me if anyone could stop these scammers from hurting other people. Thank you for your time.

Ecommerce Eagle ID, VC Direct Solution LLC, A Web Solutions - SCAM

AUTHOR: Roy & Catherine W - (United States of America)

I also signed on which cost me roughly $10,500 and was told that this
was the only money I would have to pay. When doing the training, I
discovered that you have to pay a monthly fee when you register with
various drop shippers. Both my credit cards are over their limit and I
have not made any money from the program to cover these expenses. Every
step in developing this web site has many hidden costs, which I cannot
pay. After coming across these complaints I got in contact with my
lawyer who referred me to a company who got me my money back within
about 2 months after them taking my case. The company did NOT charge me
any upfront fees and did what they promised "FIAD Services" out of
Pompano Beach FL their website is "fiadservices.com" the guy I worked with was
Luke Daniels 800-753-6724 ext. 222 all in all they were great
gentleman/company to work with. THANK YOU!
