Mr. James S. Toth is a man of cruel intentions and spite. He treats his student workers poorly and fails to ever listen to their opinions/suggestions/complaints, constantly interrupting them and threatens to fire them whenever a minor mistake is made. Along with his ridiculous ways of coordinating his workers, he holds meetings every Friday without pay (in which by law is illegal, all work related meetings are to be paid for that time).
He is seen arriving late to work almost every week day and leaves before his displayed business hours. His judgement is always blown out of proportion when a small error occurs within the department. He lacks compassion and gives little-to-no praise to any of his employees (including the full time tech staff). Someone needs to take him to human resources so they can lay the law upon him.
