opposing counsel and the filing of abusive, insulting, untrue, and unprofessional statements regarding judges, litigants, and opposing counsel.
ED SLAVIN has repeatedly engaged in the illegal, unlicensed practice of law since his disbarment in 2007, giving inaccurate, false and misleading legal advice to the public, his employer GLOBAL WRAP LLC, and others - most recently being found guilty in Federal District Court of tortuous interference in the bankruptcy proceedings of a newspaper publisher and being held civilly liable to that company for nearly $60,000 of legal fees. Since his disbarment, ED SLAVIN has and continues to solicit parents of children with learning disorders - representing himself as a "lay advocate" - ostensibly to file frivolous lawsuits on their behalf; in violation of Florida law. The weakest among us deserve protection from the loathsome, abusive likes of a fraud, cheat, liar and deadbeat like EDWARD ADELBERT SLAVIN, JR.
