I was having water seapage into my garage/basement. Mr. Terry stated that damage to existing drainage was the direct result of the installation of a new septic system three months prior. He also suggested I install a new drainpipe across the driveway that led out to the backyard. He said this work was exstensive but effective and quoted me a price of $6,000.

Work began two weeks later when he showed up with his adult daughter and a trench machine. In total it took them only a day and a half to complete the work. I told him that I felt he had misled me in terms of how extensive the work would be when it was clearly very simple. He said he would consider throwing a little extra, cutting the septic drains down to ground level and recaping them.

Upon his return from lunch he decided against it and left. Ed Terry said he would provide me with a letter clearly stating the cause of the damaged drain was due to septic installation so as to help me recover some costs. "That's what they have insurance for.." he repeatedly told me. His letter did not state anything nor has he returned my emails or responded to my requests. He is completely disinterested in working things out with me.
