In a recent move, I lost the cables and all attachments for my Bowflex.   After searching online, I found one company that had them, but one was listed as a single cable instead of a pair (which I later found out is a pair).    I ordered the 3 different length cables from a EE&P for $132.   They arrived on a Saturday in an envelope.   The cables were wrapping in saran wrap and had the lengths written on the plastic in marker.   Not factory or quality at all.    The cables were also missing the cable stops needed to operate properly and that were in the pictures on their website.   I went to EE&P's website and it would cost an additional $45 to get the rest of the hardware needed.

On Monday, I went to the first website, Sportsmith.net and was able to instantly talk to someone online and confirm that their cables did come in pairs and came with all the hardware as pictured and additional hardware required to operate the Bowflex.  I ordered the 2 sets of cables that I wanted from them.

I went to EE&P's website and clicked on the return link.   It stated that I am responsible for return shipping.  Ok, I get that, even though most of my dealings with online companies don't charge for that.   I put them in a box (instead of an envelope) and it cost $13 to ship them back.   It also stated that there is a 20% restocking fee.   I told him in the email I did not agree with that.    I received an email that my status was now "refunded".    I went to the site and there is a note that they deducted their "free" shipping of $7 as well as $26 for restocking.

Basically I'm out $46 and have nothing to show for it.   He still has the cables, probably still wrapped in saran wrap, and can sell them with no "reconditioning" needed.   That was 2 days ago and my account still hasn't been credited.
