       I file a complaint with EEOC in 2012 at the Palm Beach FEMA or EEOC, The mediator or Investigator in my case got fire, they said She ret. My claim was mutiple claim against a Golf Club I was discrimiated because my National Origen, My religious belifes, and harrassament. But EEOC just send one form to so I file for national origen because that was the form they send me back. So six "6" month and three since I talk to Mrs Singer. One year had pass I talk direct to the Director of Palm bech  eeoc Pamela Guerier she told me "I am geting you a new very new investi-gator" Angela Smith. They had 180 One Hundred and Eighty days to investigate one year has pass. I talk to to mrs Smith give her the name of possible witness explain that the people that dicriminate against me where employees of the Club not the Member because the Member are the owner, I do like the menbers, I told her that my firing was retaliation and the creation of a hostile environment by former coworkers. She said don't worry I will take care of it. Six moth later july or august 2013, she call me back saing that EEOC has no Jurisdiction, because The Club is bona fide  private club that was the Pamela Guerier decision, "bona fide They don't need to pay tax, but they can descriminate"  They have more than 25 employees? don't they! Can they dicriminate ? Yes they can they don't pay tax! Can they terminate, harrass, humiliate, cause pain and sufering and EEOC has no Juridiction. Yes they can! Does EEOC has juridiction over those matter NO They Don't. Will EEOC Investigate the busisness? No we won't. Did they answer any question on you questionere? No they didn't It took us two year to find that we Don't have Jurisdiction. We know  we don't have jurisdiction because we have been negotiating with their lawyer. There Lawyer told us we don't have jusrisdiction and we belive him. So you didn't invetigate the bussisness? No we din't!  All the investigation EEOC did was to talk to a private lawyer convinienty located a feel brocks from EEOC Miami office.

            So I had 10 day to file for a review to the EEOC in Miami, there I talk to Mrs. Ina Depaz. it just took me 20 phone call to get to her. She is the state and local cordinator.  When I first talk to her, she said she was going to get an investigator to review my case.Two week later she said to me I am the one that is going to investigate "review" your case. She got me confuse. It took 2 month for her to call me back and left a message on my phone I agree with the finding, intresting she said I have 90 days to file the suit, she said " If I want too", she said "If I want too."  She cc. the lawyer Berkowitz in Miami I am from NY but I know his office is close to EEOC. Just covenient for EEOC for the bussiness and lawyer. Golf is Multimillion dollar industry, but they are tax exempt not dicrimination exenpt.

             Some people at EEOC Just don't know  the law, or they just look the other way. When they want to hurt some one they just do, don't care. Think about this the mental and Physical distresses that EEOC is cousing to people. You call them they are never there I am out for lunch. I will be back next week. I will call you back when I come back to my desk. and there are many more. My conclusion I will send this letter to the News and media in this country and other country, if you have the same pain that I have, please write me If you are lawyer and want to start a suit please contact me or repond to this letter I have 90 day and I will do it. Thank's you for the add that you post .

My case will start on January 2014.

 LEARN TO SPELL!!!! What is the "National Origen, My religious belifes, and harrassament" and what is the "descriminate"??  Your report states none of these or I just got sick of your lack of the English language.
