This company has a cute Plumbing Supply web page.It's a middleman company that takes the customer's money and then orders drop shipments from the suppliers. It does not cancell orders, so once placed, the items arrive weeks later and then the customer has to jump through almost imposible hoops to return the items and then no refunds orcredits happen despite many emails & phone calls by the frustrated customer. IMO, they figure people will eventually give up and they get to keep the money. I have done everything perfectly (sending back an $112 faucet that I had cancelled the hour I ordered it (with phone calls to be sure it would be cancelled) yet arrived 5 weeks later & sent it back FedEx) after the weeks it took for the return authorization # etc in its unopened package). Every time I contact Customer Service, about my return, I get an automated email saying someone will contact me (no one does) and when I call, they say (after a long wait on the phone) that someone will look into it and contact me ( no one ever does) They must have figured out that if it its impossible for people to back out once they pay for an order and then once the people return the item, they get to not only resell the item to the person, they also keep the money from the person who sentit back! Its a real rip-off ! A scam! .
