I signed up for efax. A day later it still didn't work. I got 1 fax and it was from the support people. It is a horrible service. Doesn't work. I told the support guy I do not like it and do not want to continue the service after the trial period. He said I would have to remember to call up and cancel. I do not remember that call, I never heard from efax again and no one was able to fax me, so I forgot about them. Sure enough, at the end of the trial I got billed one day early, before the 30 days were up, I went to the store and they said I had no money in my checking account, i was cleaned out! Not a dime there. What! So I came home and saw them pending in my account, a rediculous 16.95, I never used them, never got a fax, not even 1. So I called and said they need to return my money, I am canceling today, since it is now 30 days and I am canceling today! They said "you will be billed anyway since we billed you before you called us" - hmm i had 30 days to cancel, it is 30 days, I do not want to pay for this company, they suck. NOT one of my clients were able to fax any documents. I am not way going to spend 1 hour on the phone with support for each fax! Janet
