HI, 

 I am a owner opp , I recently 3 weeks ago signed on with exp logistics now known as diamond transport inc out of chattanooga (tn) the limrick group!! I was told by john when hired i would make between 3-4 k a week after fuel and advances .. NOT TRUE ! These people are liers and thiefs !! I ran 4 loads the first week and the shorted my check by over $700.00 i was going to quit then but john  ran out and begged me to stay for one more week so i thought maby they did make an honest mistake on my check and decided to run hard the following week ! So i ran 6 loads the following week and was told one rate on the loads over the phone and after picking the load and delivering it all week went to get my check they had the nerve to say they dont owe me anything after me grossing over 7k that week they deducted my 1st weeks check off my 2nd weeks pay and would not correct it !! i also had lots of problems with ruthie bad comunication skills i called the chattanooga police department filed a theft of services report !! every day having problems with my fuel card being shut off on me leaving me stranded for hours with loss of pay and working on there junk trailers (THAT ARE BY THE WAY NON ROAD WORTHY )  they ignore your phone calls ! dont contact shippers that there loads are going to be late due to there negalance ! they cost me thousands of dollars and now i am also forced to take them to court to collect my pay they have filled bankrupt on efi, exp logistics and other 3 letter names they have had over the years now they are known as diamont transport !! ruthie is just as guilty and they all should pay back the drivers !! RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN FROM THIS COMPANY or you will loose everything as i did due to non payment of services i made a whapping $2,000.00  - $1,000.00 they deducted back from my check and charges for there trailer repairs 3 back breaking weeks = $1,000.00 I have contacted the bbb , ooida, labor board , fmcsa , department of moter carriers and some personal friends that are officers at the weigh stations ! also they had a company driver who was drunk and ran into my truck while i was parked at a truck stop in his blue international yesterday afternoon . they will not pay anyone and screw everyone .. I have proof of my words and will be more then happy to show anyone that wants to see how badly they try and cheat you forgeting to pay for loads you hauled / forgetting your fuel surcharge , deducting your pay as if it was a cash advance !! come on they need to be shut down i cant think of a more deserving company then them !! WAKE UP GOVENER OF TENNESSEE THESE PEOPLE GIVE TENNESSEE A BAD NAME !!
