i hired egumball 7 mothes ago to get me a internet presence. was told they could get me online in 1 to 3 monthes . i have been paying them every month and still do not have a presence. they make promises they cannot keep and when i call them they blam it on me and say i dont understand how google works and that it is google that is lazzy noacounts. when all the time these rippoffes are the ones taking my money and doing nothing for it. the worst co. i have ever delt with at this point i want out of my contract so i can find a real co. that can help they refuse once they get your money thats all they will do worthless idiots

Our notes indicate that you were upset at your business partner for signing up for service in another city. Your ideal location was Gainesville, Florida. Four months into your campaign we were forced to tear down the previously submitted information which caused severe time delays.
When you submitted your cancellation you paid off the balance of your account owed.
We also notice that you signed up with a competitor of ours who submitted a second website, mostly not even registered to you, which over wrote our Google Places listing for your business. This further complicated your issues.

to the owner of egumball i am the owner of preimer plumbing in gainsville fl . i got a call from a salesmen from your co. that told me he could get me on first page of google in 60 days exactly what was said went on to tell me how they take such good care of its custumers and they were the best at what they do sounded great . had my partner finish signing up . he used our mailing adress and this started the problem. when i went online and found we were not being listed in the city we work i took over and tried to get it straght that was in june of 12. now its almost feb and we still do not have a online presence. have tried to find out why and all josh says be patent let him do his job. but really how long should this take. once your co got my money wich by the way when i started saying i was un happy the took the rest of the yearly payments then said standerd when you have aun happy custumer. so after 4 1500 and almost 10 months i have seen no results. in my book that is a ripp off from ascam artist please call me would love to talk to you josh has my number robert faulkner
