this is the story very short actually i used to have a oriental restaurant. We closed in august because we went bankrupt SO IT WAS Not a good moment. Then i went to santander bank to return the merchant services of elavon.
After two months we start recieving mails, from this company saying that i owed them 8 dolars. I went to the bank to pay it and when the person that did assistance to me call them, and they said that i owed them 295.00 of penaty because i closed the account before a year.
They even said the i signed a contract the day they went to put the machine, which by the way i wasnt there only an employee this is the lied beused i didnt sign and the did not explained to me anything because I WAS NOT THERE. I told them that i didnt return the equipment beause i wanted too, it because we went bankrupt . They told the person of the bank that they dont care and that i have a week to pay them or they will put this in my credit report so this sound to me like a threath.
