This is to inform everyone that there is major international scam being run by some company, from a building near:
Fengbao Rd Fengtai, Beijing, China
This scam works by some one making a website like this one :
Here, you will find many electronics items extremely cheap.
So then, if you order anything from this site, you will be asked to pay using different methods. One of them is PayPal.
This scam artist ( Wang Yanmin ) will also make an account with Hotmail or msn or something similar. Using this Hotmail or msn account, he will then make a PayPal account. He will use this Paypal account to convince people of his honesty. Having a PayPal account also makes people trust a Seller
The following are the two email account this scam artist used recently. [continued below]....
Once you have paid the money, you will be given a tracking number, which could be tracked via China-Post or some other shipper. Perhaps after a few days or weeks later, you may receive a packet with the same tracking number. This packet will only have an "old 1 dollar Coin of the USA".
If you try to complain via emails, you will never receive any replies to to them or anything.
Now, some people may not like to get into the hassle of getting their money back from this unscrupulous shipper (because they do not want to get into the trouble of involving authorities and spending long time in sending emails back and forth with anyone involved), They may simply think, OK so it is money lost, but what can we do. In that case this cheating scam artist gets your money.
If you proceed to get the authorities involved, then, at the most, you will get is, a part of your money that you sent. I say only 'a part' because the authorities will still, have you pay for shipping this 'one dollar coin' back to the shipper.
Any way you look at it, these scam artists win. This is because many people will not bother to try to legally prosecute him, in that case he keeps their money. When and if he gets prosecuted, then he simply returns the money. The idea here is that he makes money just by running this scam.
