I signed up for the trail bottle, not knowing I had 14 days to cancel or would be charded $87. I went out of town and when I returned I found another bottle in the mail. not sure why they sent me a new bottle I started doing some research and found out I had 2 charges on my bank statement for $87 and change. I just called them and told them I do not want this bottle and that their website states "*Please note that all refunds are subject to a Refund Processing and Restocking Fee as follows: $6 Per item (e.g. 1 bottle return = $6 Fee. 2 bottle return = $12 Fee)." when I told the customer service guy this he said "I will take 25% off just try this bottle to see if you like it." I said I don't want to but he talked me into it. I hung up and thought no I don't want this bottle so I called right back and a lady picked up the phone. I told her I do not want 25% off this bottle I wat you to take it back and pay the $6 per your website. she said sorry I can't do that. I said yes you can and you will. she said since I told the guy 5 mins before that I would agree to the 25% off and try it that I am not longer allowed to return it. I told her that this is not on their website and I want my money back. she said I will give you 25% more off , but will not give you the rest back, so I am out $87 for the first bottle and $43.50 for the second bottle that I will not use. this is a huge scam and they do not want to return your money when you call them per their website agreement. they even told me that since I agreed to take a discount that I can not return it. I said that is not on your agrrement that I am reading. Her responce was "well it kinda a known thing, it's not on the site sorry." beware people and I hope the owner reads this and would love to hear from you.

Sincerely,

Chris Richardson

True-to-Life Results with the Product

AUTHOR: Raphael - ()

POSTED: Thursday, October 10, 2013

Hello,

What I have experienced from the product in almost 7.5 months is a substantial improvement in all-around health, improved energy throughout the day, and a noticeablebly better sleeping pattern.

I understand the supplement is intended to also promote the growth of the entire body, but I cannot complain at this point in time because I have undergone many positive changes due to the supplement.

Growth, I know, *will* happen because I am still young enough to be commonly considered a late grower (22) and as far as I know from my knowledge and logical mind, *any* sort of body growth takes a bit more time. My conclusion, from the results I have noticed from the product, is that Elevate GF is perfectly legitimate. I performed some additional research on the ingredients as well and these do, in fact, have very solid backing.

The Phone Number Works

AUTHOR: Raphael - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, October 08, 2013

I believe the Elevate Customer Service line 1-866-296-3272 is *still* operational. And the product is no "scam".

Following Up on the Response

AUTHOR: Raphael - ()

POSTED: Thursday, September 12, 2013

I am truly sorry your expectations turned into tough luck. Would you mind telling me verbatim what you asked the assiting agent in regards to your request for a refund on the bottles sent to you? I am curious to know what it is they claim to be "'...a known thing'". Thanks and I am looking forward to your response.  :)

I called customer service at late afternoon I think. I did read the page and it states that I can return the product at a $6 charge. to tell me that I can not return the product because the first time I called up and the guy talked me into trying it again is wrong. I hung up with him and decided I didn't want to try it again, so called back 5 mins later and was denied to return the product. that is not part of the agreement. Per her words "it is not on the page just kinda known."

Known to who? not the customer who is buying the product. that is what makes me mad, I am stuck with a $44 bottle of something I didn't use or want. they would not even give me my order number, which I asked for 2 times, so I could send the bottle back. yes I agree that there are always bad apples in a company (I own a company so I have had that problem), but this was wrong. If I could send the bottle back and get my money back I would in a heartbeat.

Customer Service won't "lie" if you read the terms carefully

AUTHOR: Raphael - ()

POSTED: Saturday, September 07, 2013

Hello,

I have been an Elevate GF customer for over six months and the product is fantastic. However, customer service is very friendly and comprehensive with all of their customers for the large part. Unfortunately, there exists a likelihood of having  "bad apples" take your calls every now and then (particularly during the morning, afternoon and early evening hours).  From my experience, mid to late evenings are the best moments of the day to call this customer service center since there are not as many callers as there are during the day, thus making the experience a bit more personal and methodical.

Aside from the above notice, I want to let everyone know that if you read the terms and conditions carefully down to every letter before your purchase (located at the bottom of the Elevate GF homepage), you shouldn't have any trouble testing the trial product as long as you need to. The representative you speak with can definitely extend your trial. You just have to say please.

Also, do not believe other people who clearly did not take the time to look through the clearly established policies. Elevate GF representatives and the company itself are not scammers, unless you choose to lie to yourself about such false assumptions made by evidently oblivious so-called "scammed consumers".

NOTE: My rebuttal for the previous reviewer states that the "Owner of the Company" made the rebuttal. I accidentally forgot to select I was a consumer. I apologize for the confusion.
