I received an advertisement for elite Garcia and elite Garcia green coffee for weight loss.  I'm already on a program so I read the information.  I filled out the information for a sample bottle and credit card info for shipping costs.  Without even making it clear the website had added the green coffee and completed my sale without my knowledge.

I knew as soon as the product arrived I would be canceling the product because the website did not seem legitimate the way it fooled me into ordering without my knowledge.

When the product arrived I couldn't find any info on the packing slip how to contact the company.  So I searched the web to discover a number and discovered they are a fraudulent company.  I phoned the number the last complaint posted and the company could not find my records through any of my info.  So they requested I fax them a bank statement.

I asked to speak to a supervisor whom I told this seemed very odd and fraudulent in light if the fact they had my info and credit # to charge and send me the product but no record of me. If they could not find me in their system I would call my credit card company and withhold future payments to them and write a scathing fraudulent report on the Internet.  They still could not help me.

My bank put a hood on all payments to this company and I reported to the bank they were a fraudulent company.

Then just because I was so angry I called the company again and told them they would not be payed if they charged my credit card again.  They tried to " find me in their system" again and failed.  I told them I was going to hang up the phone and post a fraudulent complaint on the Internet.

My only concern is that they have my credit card info and will use a different company code next time in an attempt to get $. I didn't want to change my account because I have lots of legitimate monthly automatic payments.  But if an unknown charge shows up on my statement next month, I guess I'll have to close my current account.

Everyone that answers the phone has an accent and they try to pretend they are being helpful.  Do not order from this company.  You will be given a big headache.  They are clearly fraudulent.
