Elizabeth Cynita Thomas EC Thomas Unethical Practices Tulsa, Oklahoma

I wrote the original complaint and I have been trying to get it removed it pains me that I blemed the wrong person. Elizabeth Thomas was a victim. She has now passed away. It is very clear that now that she was used by a very evil man.

IM surprised, I've consulted Ms. Thomas Three  times. All positive, impressive results and satisfaction.

However, I understand people- on losing side- have a reputation of using online sites to ruin the reputation of opposing counsel.

Two (2) things make this post very suspect,  

1. It claim Ms Thomas committed purjury [sic] several time in court - IMPOSSIBLE! Attorneys are NOT under oath in court, therefore the possibility does not exist.  perjury can only be committed when a witness under oath tells a lie.

2. It claims she forged documents? seriously and OKlahoma Bar says she has no sanctions, no contempt and never an issue regarding her unethical or document forgery? LAwyers have been disbarred for less, that claim is unfounded.

IM a highly satisfied client, Ms. Thomas may not remember me without looking up her previous client list. I live in Nevada today, but if an Oklahoma (Where I was before) issue arises I'd not only use Ms. Thomas but refer others for representation.  Judges seem to like her,  Two other attorney referred me to her, I like the fact that this site has only 2 alleged claims of disatisfaction in her approaching 14 years of practiice with a groundswell of satisfied client throughout the USA.  She is now admitted in Federal Court as well, you don't get that - unless you know and do the job well. 

Five stars of Five possible. Elizabeth Thomas is a great lawyer! 

This statement was a result of a horrible family dispute that was made public. I wish to resolve the issues with Elizabeth Cynita Thomas. In addition, Ms. Thomas does pessess qualites of a great attorney.
