elove Matchmatching Services Danielle is the representive assign to my file. I have spoken with her several times since I paid the membership fee. Each I would some thing to the effect,refering to the season or holiday that alot Internet

In July 2012 I fet with a representative from elove matching services in Morristown NJ. I rush to make a decision by the representative who claim she had so many clients waiting outside in waiting area,I was given allot documents to fill out, their representive stated what sets them appart from other dating services is that they personalize the individual they match you with and perform backgrown checks on all members before accepting them as members. She on to say all who apply are not accepted. I waited to see what the cost was for this individualized service was the cost was are you sitting down $8000 for 8 referrals.I stated no way so she said well we make an exception sometime which is $2000 for 4 referrals and if you like you could up grade your membership. She went on to say we personalize our service and whe a team that sits and review the information I provied and come up with a match. Then I was asked if I mine sitting in the waiting room completing the documents provided so she could clear the waiting room. Note there was one person waiting. The other person was taken in the office to get the same imformation I was given I was told to dail the extension when I finish which I did.  September I heard nothing form elove so I gave them a call and I was told they were working on my file that clients place a hold on dating during the summer because they on vacation and spend time with families. Few weeks I received a call from a male in NY, I never received any information on him via email and I was told after I received his telephone message I called elove and was told they sent the imformation that it probably was in my spam. I check my spam and nothing they resent it and I received the gentlemans info. I spoke to him several times on the telephone and that was the end of it. I heard nothing from elove so I telephone in months to follow, at which time I asked how this process work since they provided no follow service, I was told they relied on the members to keep them up to date. I receive another called after several nagative conversations with Danielle, again I did not receive any information about the referral he called me several times at work and arrange to meet me near my job at a resturant. Note had noting in common except he paid elove alot a money and I paid less but too much. Note elove email me to ask if I receive information on Joe I email back stating No and it was nothing in my spam. I never received information on him. Joe stated he signed up at the Woodbridge office. January was Joe's meeting despite my conversation with elove representative about their lack of follow up and her agreeding to following twice a month  I and I feel that the cusumer should be ware of matching service like elove. I should had followed my mine when their representative gave the $8000 quote and the dropped it to $2000 I now knew I should have walked out or later that day or the next cancel the contract. After reading the contract they are not really providing us the so call members anything. I am just thanks fore that I did not give them anything more than I did . People should be made of aware of companies like elove.
