This service presented itself as a safe secure way to meet a high class of potential matches.  They claimed that only the very best of the best were "invited" to become members, insuring their stellar reputation was protected.

All potential members were (supposedly) interviewed in depth, thoroughly screened and had thorough backround checks conducted.  All members were guaranteed drug and alcohol free.  The matches would be personally handled by highly successful, experienced matchmakers who would be in constant contact throughout the process.  A variety of membership levels were presented, all requiring a significant investment.

After payment was made (May 2012) I received a welcome letter assuring me of the success of my investment.  I was assigned to Danielle.  It took several phone calls to her before my first match was made (mid-June 2102).  This person wanted to talk about his problems and was not at all interested in any relationship; and said so.  Second match was in early July. No relationship resulted.  In early August 3rd match involved a retired teacher who "retired after the incident with a student".  In fact, he wasn't sure why I was calling.  This is their idea of careful screening. 2 of the 3 matches were totally unacceptable.  Danielle was at a loss to explain how this happened.

Over the summer I contacted Danielle on at least 3 occasions informing her of my total dissatisfaction with the matches and the service.  She made excuses, promised to work with me (she did not), intimated I was being unreasonable and she was not at fault.  She claimed she called me when she did not, she promised to call regularly and failed has failed to do so.  I found it impossible to speak with anyone in authority in this organization.

This group misrepresented themselves and failed to provide the quality of service promised.
