I'm participating in the Nintendo DS offer through this web site.
I completed the requirements: 1 from page 1, 1 from page 2, 2 from page 3.
However, when I go to check my status, it reports that I have not fulfilled the requirments. The page does report that I've completed the required offers, but in two parts.
I've submitted several online requests to their customer service, and left them a voice number at the number I've found on this site.
I actually liked the offers I participated in, and have become a customer with three of them.
I want my Nintendo DS now. They seem to rebutt some of the postings here, so maybe I'll get some customer satisfaction by posting.

Hi all...
I'm still waiting for my Nintendo DS. I had last reported that I'd received an email that I would be receiving it soon (see above), but it has not.
I sent an email to customer service, and indeed did receive a reply...asking me for documentation of the offers I'd signed up for! ACK!!!
I sent them a whole bunch of paper today, including the email saying that I'd qualified. We'll see what happens. I hate to file a formal complaint, but by gathering all the documentation to send to incentiverewards, I now have what I need to easily file a legal complaint :-)
Stay tuned...

Well, the email I received said it might take a couple weeks...it's been three weeks now...to receive my Nintendo DS.
Between Christmas, New Years, and a general shortage of the DS...maybe that explains why I haven't received it yet.
We'll see...

interesting... email saying that I've qualified!

So, I get back from lunch today, and I have an email saying that I've qualified! Woo h*o! It's seems that I'm been skipped a step, as there is no voucher involved..."A Shipping Request has been issued."
Interestingly, my redeem status page still reports me as not qualifying...
The email did say it may take a couple weeks before I receive my gift...I'll keep you posted.
Thanks for listening,

Thanks, Daniel, for commenting in my thread...yes, I read your posts, with much encouragement.
In my case, I went into this thing with nothing to lose. I've joined BMG and Blockbuster, and am benefiting from my memberships and money spent. If I don't receive a Nintendo DS, I'll just go buy one.
Also, I'm a software engineer, working in the realm of e-business. I thought it'd be interesting and fun to particpate in this kind of e-business experience. I'm fairly succesful in keeping my frustration at not getting my "reward" from ruining the experience.
A couple suggestions, if "they" are reading (as Daniel reported they are):
Get your systems in order. For something like this to work, you'll have to be able to process hugh amounts of messages very efficiently. I suspect you're working on this. For example, when I submit a message via your customer service page, I really should recieve a confirmation. Even an automated response would be better than nothing. Even better, put these messages in a queue and provide an indication of how soon you might be able to respond.
From a communication perspective, your web pages could help set proper perceptions and expectations. In my case, I read that it may take 4-8 weeks for you to receive confirmation back from your partners. But, my page was reporting confirmation almost immediately. Yet, it still reports that I have not fulfilled the requirements. So, if you were to say something like "even if this page reports completion of individual offers, it will still take us 4-8 weeks to process your reward," I might not be anxiously checking my status every-hour-on-the-hour *grimace*.
I respect that there must be a certain amount of human involvement in the workflow (e.g., to prevent fraud), but you need to either hire more people or make the system much more efficient.
I will try to remain patient...

I totally understand your concerns. If you look to my thread there is information about how I got a resolution to the problems I was experiencing. I've included informatoin about the volume of information they have to process (and it's a TON) etc. etc.
I do know that the customer service department is working VERY hard to fulfill all requests. In fact, they fulfilled roughly 200,000 last MONTH. Return phone calls may take a while, but you will receive a call. I would enourage you to read the last posts from Daniel in Raleigh, NC.

I'm glad to hear that EMarketResearchGroup fulfilled their obligation of an ipod to Chuck in Humble Texas...
...but I wish they'd follow through on my offer...do I have to file a report with BBB?

For some reason, I haven't given up on my Nintendo DS.
I believe that I have fully understood the requirements, and have fulfilled them. The status page at http://www.incentiverewardcenter.com/ SHOWS that I've completed the four offers from the correct pages, yet it says I haven't met the requirements.
I've submitted numerous emails, and called once.
I went into this with my eyes wide open, figuring it was worth the chance...I like my membership at Blockbuster online and BMG Music, so it's not like I wasted the money I spent on the offers.
Like someone else wrote here, it seems like a great concept...it's just too bad that EMarketResearchGroup can't or won't provide the promised service.
I'm not ready to call this a "rip off" or a "scam"...I am frustrated though!
Thanks for listening...
