e maze & alice ventures - The Italian Job - what goes around comes around

Some 12 months ago, an American partner and myself, both involved in the IT recruitment business, placed an Italian National with a company in Trieste, Italy. From day one the management team, Rat and Rattier, were disputing the invoice from day one.

Naturally, there was nothing wrong with the invoice at all, just that these two are crooks. Anyway, and sad to sad, my American partner, lovely woman, became very ill, cancer, and all too quickly died, which made everyone who knew her very sad. On hearing of her demise, and bad as I knew these bastards to be, even I was amazed when they laughed on being informed that she had died, and all they could say was "now how are you goin to make us pay".

As it happens, I can be a bit of bastard myself, but only to those who deserve it. So, I tackled the company, ran a check on them, and on discovering they had many creditos, I became their leader, as it were, and formed them into one group to take these bastards on.

Still they said "there is nothing you can do". Oh no, bastards, wtach me then. And they did, as I crawled all over them, and on discovering who financied them, I used a lawyer friend of mine in Rome to get a winding up order made out against the comapny and their financial backers, and when the financial backers basically told me to "go f*** off", I did, all the way to their own investors, who included some of the biggest Banks in Italy, and once there, and locating all the C.E.O.'s of these companies (these bastards had seemingly forgotten that I was a recruiter, and worse still, that the job of a good recruiter is to locate the top boss in any company).

I constructed a 'shit a brick', mail, and circulated it to every client, bank or anyone associated with these two bastard companies, and they did, you know, shit a brick, because after telling me to "f*** off" for months on end, all of a sudden they have lawyer (talking of bastards) on to me offering to settle the bill and then "f*** off".

I told him, "hey, I was ready to f*** off 9 months ago, and the only reason I am still here is because these bastards are 'f***ing me off', big time. I am still talking to this lawyer, neer spat so much in my life, and we will settle any day now.

Yes, in the end, this is a success story, but I still think that these bastards need naming and shaming, for as they trade without proper funds to settle bills, they are involved in fraud.

Hey, and get this, they are an IT Internet Security company. Seriously though, the moral is that you can hang the bastards out to dry and get them to pay, and it all depends on how you go about it and the actual resolve you demonstrate in your danger to them.

In any circumstances, where you are getting seriously f***ed, they I am happy to act as an advisor. After all, with these 9 months passing, I am a f***ing expert.

To my beautiful deceased friend, I say "told you, f***ed the bastrads, and all for you".
