Hello everyone, I to have been fighting with EMC for 2 years. Was forced into bankruptcy reorginazation plan. Even in a chapter 13 plan, EMC does what they want and to who they want. We have even had problems with them claiming not to get paid by the trustee. What I don't understand is how a company can do what they do, and get away with it. Take it from someone with knowledge of their practises, they are crooked. I have wrote to my congressman, governor, and attorney general. But it seems that they are above the law and are truly an unmoral company. I have seen my wife cry about these jerks, and they way they do things. I pray that justice prevails, and EMC gets what they deserve.
