please be aware of Empire covers, they tell you when ordering a $1500 portable garage that the standard material last 5 years and the upgraded material last 10 years. I ordered the 12 x 24 unit and it hasnt lasted 12 months. When I contacted the company they said 60 warranty. when you order they say 1 year warranty but lasts 5 years etc..

Stay away from this company, material is junk and as I stated lasts less than a year. Pay more $$ and go with rhino shelter, a real company and not a fraud and they back up their product.
