If you want to hear from a REAL DOCTOR about Empire Medical Training then just check with the hair transplant specialist accross the street from Steven Consentino at the Empire Medical Training office. I will not say his name but he claims that Steve cliamed he was goign to teach at one of emires classes and he never even agreed to it. I will not tell the story, you can hear it yourself if you contact this guy. He is a legit surgeon that has no reason to lie and will tell you the honest truth if you want to hear it. Don't listen to the cherry picked testimonials that Steve crafts, those are mostly a very small percentage of the people who go there and they may have had family members show up to get free botox or something and get promised this and that. Just speaking from what i heard through the grapevine

There are many other people as well. He also sells websites to the doctors and has many are extremely unhappy with how Steven treated them. They do chargebacks, call up made yelling at the employees, etc. Of course I am speaking from what I heard around town but I heard it from so many people and not one person has ever said anything nice about Stever or his wife. They all say they are crooks, liars, racits, and so on.

How could all those people be so angry at Emprie Medical Training, are they all disgruntle employees? Why does that seem to be the only type of ex-employee that exists. IN MY OPINION as a someone who has never been an employee of Empire Mediacl Training but has know him and his employees for years I have to say that he is the worst type of person I have ever seen. Just a terrible aweful person who enjoys treating his employees bad.

Stay away from this guy, there are so many good medical training companies out there why use someone who treats everyone really bad nad has a terrible repuation in the city he lives in.

One time a husband of an employee came to hte office wanting to beat Steven up and he ran from the guy and was shaking (that is what I heard from a few ex-employees who were there when it happened). Steve did not pay the girl her last paycheck and was treating her really abusive so her husband lost it and confronted him.

He also would send employees to the post office with packages to mail and not give them less money than it costs to pay for it. One story is that a girl was sent to the post office with a package and no money (he loves picking on girls and treating the badly) . She called and he told her to cover it and he would reimburse her. He never paid her and she cried about it. I am sure he laughed about it.

And every employee he has races to the bank on friday so they are not the ones that have bounced checks. He constantly writes checks that bounce and gives it to his employees and everything. I remember one time when every employee's check bounced and they were devastated. I felt so sorry that I actually loaned one of my friends some money so they could get some food. Steve does not care at all about anyone but his self.

Steven Cosentino a greedy person and has fun treating peple badly. 

One time he turned away a dark skinned black person who showed up for a job interview without giving him an interview. At the same time there were a few white people waiting in front of him and they stayed and got an interview.  (so the story goes). I hears it was because he does not want what he calls UGLY PEOPLE in his office. I am not making this stuff up, it may sound like it but if you look around the internet you will find these stories everywehre.

The truth is that most of his employees need to put him on the application for their next job so they never post online their story and put their name to it. You will see them posting as anonymouse

I did say above that everything is 100% true, well I can't really say that because I do not have proof but I will say that IN MY OPINION as someone who has knows Steven Cosentino for years and they are 100% true. So when I say 100% true I am talking about my opinion, not a fact because I do not have proof. Him and his wife did screw over a really great friend of mine recently.  I have also spoken with many past employees and almost everyone of they say the Steven Cosentino is a reall really bad person. They tell stories of racits remarks, degrading woman in his office, Steve running around the office looking high on drugs, throwing temper trantrums and so on. They tell stories of watering down the botox for the people who agree to be testing subjects for the classes. I hear that he tells them they will get a free botox injection but then they get maybe just a tiny bit of it in watered down form. I am only speaknig from what I have heard and witnesses through many encounters and listening to people say things about him. I am not a past employee and have never been so do not listen to Steven if he says that I am a 

The stories are true 100%. Steven Cosentino is a lying crook and begs people to take videos only if they are happy. His videos are cherry picked from all the people there so you are not getting the truth.

Read all the ripoff reports and all the reviews around the internet and you will see that Empire Medical Training is a big rippoff. I am not a past employee and have known Steven Cosentino for over 5 years and witnessed racism, lying, cheating, etc.

This company is a ripoff. Do a search for them in the search bar on this site and look at all the reports.

I was looking for info on the company but honestly, I am quite appalled by the reports and this response, from the purported office manager. Why would management tacitly acknowledge or describe any of their employees online, especially the medical doctors? As a consumer, I don't want to know the horrid details of anyone EXCEPT level of service and quality of service at the establishment. Why would you call kids who are webdesigners without a future? If my office manager said that about someone online and dumb enough to post it, I'd reprimand them heavily if not fire them. It makes my business look unprofessional and we do not harbor that kind of malcontent for employees or customers. I don't know if the accusations are true or not but they do have you busted in using an employee as a shill for a customer. I am thoroughly disgusted in reading about a company and seeing these intimate accusations that seem so contrived it has to have some truth in it. If not, it's a pretty torrid office.

I would just like to say that Dr. Anne Roberts (who is a fine and well qualified doctor I might add) has been divorced for over ten years and never had an affair with Bill. In fact, she had a really bad marriage that ended years before even met Bill, so I'm not sure why someone would say something like that. Bill was also separated from his wife. Say what you want about Steve (he has some issues), but anyone who knows Dr. Roberts will tell you that she is a very, very nice person, so please don't post false and hurtful things about her online. Just thought I would remove that tarnish from their reputations.

You made the staff attending the conferences carry the video camera and take this videos so that you can use them against the ripoff reports.. We are not disgrutial employees cause I am sure every last one of us is much happier in life with you and your fraudulent company in it. You yelled screamed and through temper tantrums if we didnt beg patrons and particpates that came to conferences to do a quick interview. Half of them didnt even know the crap they were about to have to endure. So im sure the only thing we are worried about as ex employees is that no other single human being has to be treated the way you treat others.

Dr Cosentino is VERY good at lying.  The stories you read are true.  He had a suspended license for his drug addiction to opiates several years back.  That forced him to sell his practice, Center for Pain Management.  He lied and said it was to raise funds for Empire Medical.  The purpose of his companies is to fund his pathetic lifestyle.  Exotic cars, boat, ridiclous house etc.  His irratic behavior is from his drug problem.  Steer VERY clear of this company or you will regret it at some point. 

It is very interesting to me that the person writing these rebuttals refer to Dr. Cosentino as "Dr. C", but then refers to being attacked in the first person. I'll venture to say that Dr. Cosentino himself is writing these rebuttals, and is in fact very afraid of the reputation he himself has built.

"Real videos"

The so-called real videos he speaks of, are doctored videos of the few people he could actually find that indeed liked one of his courses. I would know since I did film a couple of those myself. However the majority of physicians were not pleased with what they saw. If you want to hear what real physicians are saying about the company, do a Google search for Empire Medical Training, and that's it, the only positive reviews you'll find are from biased sources, either sites they put up themselves (I regretfully helped create some of them), such as www.empiremedicaltrainingreviews.com, or www.empiremedicaltrainingscams.com, or video testimonials from their YouTube channel.

Ask yourself...

Why do they have so many Ripoff Reports? Why do they have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau? Why are their employees so mad at this company?

"I attended several simultaneous courses with Empire Medical and would caution you not to spend your money on this group's courses. I would never recommend them to anyone."

"After taking several courses in aesthetics and walking away dissapointed feeling I wasted my money (Empire for one)."

"I dont recommend Empire Medical Training, Dr. Constantino and his business partners are very unethical and the training you will get is not worth the money you paid."

The disgruntled emplyees

As much as Dr. Cosentino would like to lie to himself and believe that his former employees are the bad guys and looking to harm his companies, he is the poison of his own business. If he had the ethics to treat both his employees and customers the right way, maybe he wouldn't have had to shut down his Marketing company. But Dr. Cosentino is always looking for the easy way out. Why would he provide a good service if he can bamboozle his customers with fake sales and fake promises? Why would he provide a secure and stress free work environment, if he can b***h and yell and get people to work for him for free, by having checks bounce, or simply promising to pay someone but never doing so.

Dr. Cosentino is a sad man, and it shows the state of his business when he's desperately accusing ethical people of stealing, when he's the only thief here. Maybe he can't see that he's stealing his customers or his employees when he offers no refunds, or gives an employee a check without funds, but the karma he's brought up on himself is quickly crumbling the very floor his standing on

Although he's bragging that his company is doing well, I don't think the owner of a company that is doing so well, despite the negative reviews, would waste their time arguing with so-called "disgruntled employees".

Which real life video testimonial should we watch? The one with Lauren Arsenau, AKA the head receptionist for Empire and Rx Medical Web? The same Lauren that is listed as a staff member on the VIP website?

Sorry to put a stop to the drama and fiction since we know that is more entertaining, but for those who actually want real information about the company, you may be interested in reading this.

 It is unfortunate to report that we had a separate company who performed marketing services and website design. We made the mistake of hiring web designers who were young kids with no education and no future, and after getting caught for stealing, incompetence, substandard work performance and much more, were terminated. Angry over losing their jobs, they began writing negative posts about our services. The posts are ridiculous, we are not involved in a money laundering or Ponzi scheme; I don’t even know what that is except what I have seen in movies.  For those of you who have read enough and realize these “anonymous posts” are just malicious attacks, but still want to learn what real doctors and nurses have to say, check out the YOU TUBE videos from ACTUAL, REAL LIFE Attendees.

In fact, Dr. C and EMT have trained thousands of physicians to perform aesthetic procedures such as Botox, Dermal Fillers, and much more.  For the disgruntled unemployed who wrote this and are reading now, sorry to disappoint you but our seminar company continues to perform well and our Physicians and Nurses truly appreciate our services. These anonymous statements mean nothing to our readers who are educated and smarter than you think. Incidentally, other than these anonymous posts, Dr. C has an impeccable reputation in the “real” medical community and has ZERO malpractice claims or actions from the Board of Medicine or any other governing agency which is actually rare for Physicians in South Florida with over 20 years experience in Medicine.
