I started working for Empire Today one month ago. Through out the training they lead you to believe how much money you could make working for their company. They start out by giving you a three hundred dollars per week for training and the accurate amount commission for your first sale but after that the stealing commence. You sell a job for $5000.00, gets installed and you receives $120.00 instead of the promised of $500.00. You drive 50 to a hundred miles to make the sale. In fact you end -up working for free. you make a sale for $12000. and you don't even receive your ommission.

There is no one to contact to make a complaint because the commission center is a hotline. Leave a message or send an email and hopefully someone will respond with an email. Empire Today is a known company. What can be done to stop this exploitation. I would be Interested in getting together with all thos who has been used by Empire Today and bring about Mass law suit. It is bad enough not to be paid but omit it, that something else. They acknowledge the installation but do not record the commission.

You take a job to make a living to survive and end being preyed upon. I find this company scandalous and outrageous. You work very hard for the company and they have no shame in cheating you. You are on the road most of the day selling their products, the very least is to be compensated and not charged and not wait two weeks to get paid. The installer is paid as soon as completes the job but the salesperson is paid two after the job is completed. There is something very illegal that is going on here and needs to be stopped.

We've previously heard from Empire contractors who have also been deceived. Now we hear from the sales force. Not too much of a surprise. You pretty much confirm that the salespeople going into peoples homes are NOT Empire employees. Could you tell us if Empire ever required you to have a criminal background check or drug screen? It would definitely help a LOT of potential customers.

I'm amazed that a big company like Empire doesn't have their policies in writing so that misunderstandings like this cannot happen.
