what happened was this website emusic gives you free music on your first try. which it was my first time using emusic. so it said free and so i assumed free meant free, but it charged us for new reason.

when we realized we were being charged, we logged on to cancel emusic for good, and it wont allow you to cancel it, it only allows you to go back and purchase more music. and the phone number they have is no longer in service.
