emusic.com charged me $11.99 per month plus I was charged for each song I downloaded & can't listen to them now that I cancelled my account Pontiac, Michigan

I signed up to download some songs to my MP3 player. I had to pay for each song I downloaded. I was also charged $11.99 a month. When I realized that they had been taken a monthly fee out of my husbands account, I signed in and used the rest of the $12.00 I had on the site to spend on single songs.

I used all but $.25  then closed my account with them. That's when I found out that the $12.00 I had just spent before cancelling my membership, are not usable. I can see them in my downloads on Firefox, but they can not be heard or moved anywhere else. So not only did they get me for the monthly fee.......for three or four months
They also took the $12.00 I spent on songs and did not let me have the songs.
