While it does state on their website that credits don't carryover, it's a ripoff. I was billed 3 times and didn't download any music since then. I called emusic, and asked them why I only had credits for one month and they told me they don't carry over. UNLESS I want to purchase another plan for the same price that does, and they would credit me for a previous month of credits that I had lost. They also will not refund fees back to a credit or debit card. The music selection isn't that good, and you have to watch it and make sure you use almost every dollar they bill you, or you lose it after that month.
