We rented a cabim from Enchanted Mountain Retreat

Our family rented a cabin fron Enchanted Mountain Retreats (Ana Luisa) for 4 nights on july 2016.

I was told and I was reasured that I could drive my motorhome to the cabin, that was the plan. I ended up driving my Suburvan instead because I had the feeling that the road to the cabin was not wide enough for the motorhome and thank god I drove my vehicle instead. The dirt road to the cabin was only wide enough for my vehicle and NO WAT for a large lotorhome. If I would have driven the RV we would have been screwed. When we got to the cabin we found dead incects all over (the cabin was not clean properly). There was a Yellow Jackets Nest on the back porch that I had to get read off myself.

The AC filter was so dirty that looks like it has not been changed for months causing the AC to have problems. We spend that night super hot without AC because it was broken. The next morning I called Ana fron Enchanted Mountains Retyreats and she sent an AC repaired man the was able to get the AC going but the next day we had the same problem. When we called I was giving an attitute that the people before us never had any problem with the AC. I ask for a refound and Ana refused.

The next problem was the Wi-Fi, I had to keep resetting the modem because it keept disconnecting.

We were told that we could fish from the creek in the back of the cabin but this was another lie. The creek was only two feet deep and had no fish.

This place was a total nightmare. When you go on vacation you spect to relax and not have to deal with all this proplems. 

Do not rent from this people. Theirs cabins are very old and not ready to be rented. All they want is your money.

Do your homework before you rent.
