Encore Financial Resources = Ence Insurance ripoff, liers, cheaters, nothing but a fraud! St George Utah

Encore Financial calls people and tells them they are approved for a visa or mastercard. Does not tell people they have to go on and apply for credit cards. These credit cards are the same ones I get in the mail and on my pop op screens all day long. I am not already approved for these cards.

I "get" to apply for credit cards like Discover, or Premier Bank which cards a 300.00 fee. Then why am I paying Encore Financial? Doesn't Rick Ence the owner of the company have enough money? He ownes real-estate, does mortage loans, and what ever else he does-he and his family practically own all of St. George so why does he have to rip off people like us. They claim that you need a pass-code to log onto web site. I called in and talked to a gal named Jeannie, the floor supervisor and she told me since I could not log on to use 4444444444 (10) and 4444444 (7) as my phone number and passcode and it will let me log on-it works!!

All I want is my 169.95 back. That is funny how there services went up from 89.95 to 169.95 and they still don't offer any services. Where is my free gifts? The free gas costs me money and they only reimburse my 4.95 a month-that does not sound like free gas to me. If you have a complaint go to the attorney general of utah-they do more than the BBB.
